The core technology of this equipment comes from the advanced mixing technology of Japan and South Korea, and is specially designed for the homogenization treatment of materials with similar specific gravity. Its core principle is realized by a two-axis reverse synchronous drive system: two groups of precision-designed alloy blades are staggered at a specific phase angle to form a three-dimensional composite motion trajectory in high-speed rotation. The hydrodynamic effect caused by the dynamic superposition of blades makes the material experience the triple action of "weightlessness-convection-shear": firstly, the material is suspended in laminar flow through centrifugal force field, then the multi-directional convection is completed in the alternating gravity field in the double action zone, and finally the micro-scale mixing is realized through high-precision shear vortex. The material forms closed-loop turbulence in the axial direction and radial direction, and with the dynamic pressure balance system, the mixing uniformity with CV≤5% can be achieved within 1/3 of the time of traditional mixing equipment.
