The mixing equipment adopts double-layer reverse spiral structure design, which mainly includes the following core components:
Spindle drive system: made of high-strength alloy and equipped with frequency conversion speed regulating device.
Double spiral ribbon: the outer main spiral ribbon (positive spiral angle 45) and the inner reverse auxiliary spiral ribbon (spiral angle 30) form bidirectional shear convection motion.
Specially designed auxiliary mixing component with plow blade (optional)
Working principle: Through the three-dimensional compound motion generated by the reverse spiral belt, the material forms a continuous cutting-convection-diffusion circulation path in the radial and axial directions. The outer layer screw realizes large-scale material conveying, and the inner layer reverse screw produces strong shearing effect. With the centrifugal throwing movement, the mixing uniformity of light materials (bulk density ≤ 0.8g/cm) can reach CV≤5% within 60-120 seconds.
